You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and another when your item has been shipped, including a tracking number if available.
If your order cannot be processed within the standard timeframe due to stock availability or other factors, we will contact you to discuss an alternative product or updated delivery time.
2. Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout Australia, including regional and coastal locations. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Customers located near Shellharbour or the Illawarra region may request local pickup by contacting us directly.
Pickup arrangements must be confirmed in advance to ensure your order is ready for collection.
7. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
We take great care to package all items securely before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
