All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been received.


You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and another when your item has been shipped, including a tracking number if available.

If your order cannot be processed within the standard timeframe due to stock availability or other factors, we will contact you to discuss an alternative product or updated delivery time.

 

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Australia, including regional and coastal locations. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted courier and postal services to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier used will depend on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.

 

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • New South Wales: 2 to 5 business days
     

  • Other Australian States and Territories: 3 to 10 business days
     

Please note that delivery times may vary based on courier schedules, weather conditions, and regional accessibility.

We will make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, but Shellharbour Marine Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s size, weight, and destination.


From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

If you are purchasing multiple items, we may consolidate them into one shipment where possible to reduce delivery costs.

 

6. Local Pickup

Customers located near Shellharbour or the Illawarra region may request local pickup by contacting us directly.


Pickup arrangements must be confirmed in advance to ensure your order is ready for collection.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

We take great care to package all items securely before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Email scott@shellharbourmarineelectronics.com.au with your order number, delivery details, and clear photos of the damaged packaging or items.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

 

8. Order Tracking and Delivery Updates

Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped. If your delivery appears delayed, please first check the courier’s tracking portal.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe and no tracking updates are available, contact us so we can follow up with the carrier.

 

9. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order.


Shellharbour Marine Electronics is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to correct the address upon request.
